The role
We’re looking for a Project Manager - Responsible Supply Chains to join our Client Experience (CXP) team and help shape outstanding client journeys on a global scale. In this role, you’ll lead the successful onboarding, delivery, and expansion of Quizrr’s training platform and solutions, ensuring clients and their suppliers fully adopt and benefit from our services.
You’ll act as the key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, managing projects end to end while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term partnerships. With a strong background in supply chain sustainability, project management, and client success, you’ll help clients embed Quizrr’s platform into their social governance and sustainability strategies.
What you will be doing
Lead client projects from onboarding to renewal, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
Build trusted relationships with clients and supply chain stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact
Support clients and suppliers throughout the full training lifecycle, including troubleshooting, KPI tracking, and reporting
Apply your knowledge of supply chains, social sustainability, and global frameworks (e.g. UNGPs, CSRD/CSDDD) to guide clients
Collaborate cross-functionally with CXP, product, commercial, and implementation teams
Identify commercial opportunities, mitigate disengagement risks, and support account growth
Feed client insights into product and program development to improve the platform at scale
Requirements
Strong knowledge of supply chains and social sustainability
Proven project management and stakeholder management experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and a data-driven mindset
Tech-savviness and ability to explain complex solutions simply
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience
2+ years in supply chain sustainability, human rights, or social impact
3–5 years in project management, client success, or commercial roles (SaaS/training experience is a plus)
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
Willingness to travel regionally as needed
