As a Software Engineer at Quizrr you'll:

• Collaborate with our growing team of developers and designers to continuously improve software and business processes by using innovative tools and techniques

• Playing a key role in our product innovation discussions

• Knowing that your everyday work will improve working conditions for factory workers around the globe

• Being part of a creative and fast-moving team in Stockholm

To be successful in this role, we believe skills you have are:

• 4 to 8 years of real world experience of software development in JavaScript (ES6+)

• Experience with Node.js backends with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases)

• Understanding of software architecture patterns and the ability to discuss and contribute to technical strategies and solutions

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Startup mentality - adaptability, initiative, and a passion for making an impact

• Product minded - balancing technical needs with user experience, and collaborates on the product vision

• You have great communication skills and fluent English (we are an international team)

Bonus skills

• Experience with TypeScript

• Experience with NextJS

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Exposure to AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, or CloudFront

• Understanding of security best practices in web development

• Experience working in cross-functional teams with designers, product managers, and QA
