Your impact
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships with global companies that want to go beyond “checking the box” in human rights due diligence. You’ll help them identify risks, implement impactful training solutions, and create lasting change throughout their value chain as well as within the company’s internal teams.
Beyond driving new business, you’ll nurture and expand relationships with existing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration between our Commercial, Marketing, Learning, Finance, and Client Experience teams.
This is not just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to drive systemic change in how businesses engage with their workers worldwide.
What you'll be doing
Business Development – Global Companies (60%)
- Identify and engage new premium-segment brand clients, turning them into long-term partners.
- Develop innovative lead-generation strategies and attend industry events to expand our network.
- Craft compelling pitches, proposals, and sales presentations that demonstrate real business value.
- Own the entire sales process, from first contact to contract execution.
Business Development – Strategic Partnerships (20%)
- Identify and cultivate key partnerships to amplify our impact.
- Negotiate and execute mutually beneficial agreements.
- Explore opportunities for joint ventures, collaborations, and new market expansions.
Key Account Management – Existing Clients (20%)
- Maintain and grow relationships with key commercial accounts, ensuring long-term success.
- Develop tailored account strategies that align with business goals.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring alignment between their needs and our solutions.
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, communication or similar level
- Proven experience from consultative (enterprise) sales and B2B business development (min. 4 years)
- Excellent verbal and business writing skills [English]
- Strong presentation, storytelling skills for web and IRL demo’s and natural drive in seeding personal relationships
- Experience working with MS Dynamics 365/Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
- Strategic expertise on human rights, workers’ rights, supply chains and market context or a strong aptitude to learn.
