About the role
We are looking for an energetic and driven Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Commercial Team. In this role, you will support our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Head of Commercial by managing back-office sales tasks, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. You will also play a key role in automating and optimizing workflows, enabling the team to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
This position is ideal for a motivated team player seeking to build a career in sales and business development within a dynamic international environment while making a meaningful contribution to a greater purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming leads and distribute them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist BDMs in managing the sales pipeline by updating and maintaining CRM records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone, providing information and directing them to appropriate resources.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to ensure timely customer engagement.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to identify opportunities and generate leads.
- Assist in closing smaller sales deals and renewals in collaboration with the BDMs.
- Support cross-selling and upselling efforts by identifying customer needs and matching them with product solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive sales tasks and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement tools and processes that increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure the accuracy and functionality of automated systems to support sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales performance and forecast reports for the Commercial Team.
- Analyze customer data to uncover insights that drive sales strategy.
- Act as a liaison between the inside sales function and other departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Client Support (CXP).
- Work closely with the Client Support, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure alignment between commercial goals and operational capabilities.
- Coordinate with the BDMs to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer priorities.
- Support internal communication efforts related to sales campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or inside sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Has a strong understanding of sales principles and a passion for driving customer success.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Is proficient with CRM tools, automation platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Figma (or equivalent).
- Is detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Demonstrates clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Has the ability to analyze sales data and identify actionable trends.
- Is a highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset.
- Excels at identifying and supporting new business opportunities while optimizing cross-functional processes.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and approaches challenges with enthusiasm and adaptability.
