Who are we?
We are Quizrr - an EdTech pioneer in social sustainability. We use the bottom up approach to help companies unleash human capital in global supply chains.
Our path to impact is to create relevant engaging content to spread knowledge and understanding of key topics like occupational health & safety, basic human rights, ethical recruitment practices and much more. To date, we have over 500 factories using our digital training platform and a humbling one million modules completed - conducted by people ranging from migrant workers in arrival centers to production lines across Asia. Measurable, engaging & also purposeful!

The Role (Objective)
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES COMMERCIAL
The Regional Project Manager (RPM)– Operations & Client Relationships Thailand will play an important role in developing and sustaining Quizrr’s role as a leader in the digital transformation of social sustainability.
The RPM is a multi-dimensional role with key focus to sustain, strengthen and expand current Quizrr client relationships, identify and drive scaling opportunities to harness full value realization in the appointed region. By interaction and support from cross functional teams you will initiate and support client’s programs from start to end and in your appointed region. (50%)
Parallel focus is to build Quizrr pipeline through proactive sales work/prospecting towards new brands and organizations in defined segments as per Quizrr commercial strategy (50%).
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and drive sell-in of Quizrr platform and off the shelf solutions with existing clients within Quizrr global network.
- Follow up on training results with assigned clients, build business case to enable and drive further scaling and contract renewals.
- Follow up, capture clients’ needs, negotiate and drive value proposition to convert current prospects in Quizrr network to signed clients. Identify and drive scaling needs with new clients together with cross functional teams.
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound proactive hunting via networks, digital tools, reach-outs, inbound referrals and lead follow-up.
- Maintain and grow your prospects within defined segment
- Reporting and follow up in Dynamics (CRM system) and other platforms as needed
- Perform effective online and in-person demos to prospects and current clients
- Support in implementing and harvesting Quizrr marketing approach strategies
- Build relationships with sustainability leaders and nurture brand awareness in the region.
- Gather knowledge of industry trends and represent Quizrr at local webinars and events.

- New business opportunities: clients/suppliers/brands
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES OPERATIONS
The Role (Objective)
The Operations Project Manager (Ops PM) is the key responsible person leading and organizing all operational activities related to certain account/brand/facility. The role focuses on operational excellence and meticulous execution of training on-boarding steps, while maintaining efficient communication and building strong relationships with training facilities and partners. Reporting on training outcomes to internal stakeholders will be needed throughout the training license period for each facility as well.
Responsibilities include:
- On-boarding process execution, including factory information collection and registration, organizing training webinars and regular training status updates to Operations and Commercial heads.
- Provide regular operational support to training facilities during training period, including communication on training plan updates, follow up on KPI-s, trouble-shooting and support needed by facilities to execute training effectively.
- Support with facility training extension communication and procedures, including contract extension communication, extension time-lines control and extension period operational support.
- Support with brand/account scale up activities, including new facilities registration, on-boarding and training operational support throughout the contract life-span.
- Support Operations Head with information and data collection,related to preparation of training status reporting (internal and to brands).
- Maintain and grow relationship with factories with view of supporting Quizrr’ vision and brand goals with training programs.
