Operations Coordinator, China

About the role

As Customer Support your main responsibility is to support our customers digital training process and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to  ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Our support is online but you will also meet customers in meetings and events. You will employed full time by Quizrr as a consultant, and you're able to work from home office. 

WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE
  • Start up and support customers digital training online
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and mails
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction with our training
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
  • Administration of customer’s information according to set process/systems
  • Keep records of customer interactions and file documents in our CRM
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Support HQ with translations, client surveys and participate at local events and meetings

Competences

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and a good listener
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientated and have an ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and good with time management
  • High school degree

You will be reporting to Ms. Lydia Wong, Regional Director China and you will be part of the Operations team.
