Accountable to: Commercial dept

Reports to: CEO 
Location: SWE or US via home office, investor office or QuizRR HQ

 

Responsibilities include

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound proactive hunting via digital tools, networks and reach outs
  • Drive sales process from reach-out to signing with mid-segment companies
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned market
  • Aid in implementing and harvesting QuizRR marketing approach strategies, converting ’trial’-clients on Quirr training platform to paying clients
  • Grasping customer needs and requirements in the CSR landscape
  • Research accounts, identify key stake holders and generate interest
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Routing other qualified strategic opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for worldwide, primary focus is Europe [turnover 40 to 100 Msek] segment further development and closure

You must be comfortable using your phone and digital channels as main equipment to gauge interest, work with our Marketing team to drive curiosity, harvest and follow up interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. 

How does this role fit into quizRRs sales focus ahead?

The Inside Sales Representative scope will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives during the coming years. QuizRR is embarking on an expansion journey and need to broaden our sales skills to accommodate several levels of the CSR initiatives making up the market for worker engagement. Despite our rather small sized company, QuizRR is well positioned in the forefront of beyond audit-segment globally, equipped with strong impact investors and several strategic partnerships driving awareness globally. We aim to address mature players in defined market spaces where understanding of societal accountability is accelerating fast, becoming a basic requirement to compete. To put it simple, join us and help global brands commit to changemaking business and taking their upstream responsibility of not only WHERE products are made, but also HOW.

Characteristics & personal experience relevant to this role

  • Proven sales experience OR aptitude for hunting prospects
  • Experience from quick sales cycle environments (preferably SaaS related)
  • Strong phone presence and natural drive in seeding personal relationships
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Dynamics CRM/Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
