Who are we?

We are Quizrr - an EdTech pioneer in social sustainability. We use the bottom up approach to help companies unleash human capital in global supply chains.

Our path to impact is to create relevant engaging content to spread knowledge and understanding of key topics like occupational health & safety, basic human rights, ethical recruitment practices and much more. To date, we have over 500 factories using our digital training platform and a humbling 1 000 000+ sessions played by people ranging from migrant workers in arrival centers to production lines across Asia. Measurable, engaging & also purposeful!

You are driven, very organized and solution oriented.

We are looking for someone with the vision and project management skills needed to further develop our CRM, SharePoint and the rest of the Dynamics 365 suite – together with our internal stakeholders and external consultants.

You enjoy working in an international environment and be part of an innovative and expanding company. You want to be a key player of a great and growing team, having influence over what we do and how we do it. Most importantly you have high ambitions and like to have lots of fun.

You understand data privacy and will ensure that all systems and platforms used by the companies remain in compliance with our GDPR, SOC II and ISO 27001 framework.

What your days will look like

• Support various team by understanding their needs from an ERP/CRM standpoint and enhance the tools accordingly
• Leading the conversion of these solutions into feasible, implementable features, functions and products
• Coordinate with other software providers for potential system integration
• Be responsible for the company’s IT needs (e.g., onboard/offboard employees with equipment, be the go-to person for any IT related question, etc.)
• Maintain the company’s compliance policy throughout the various systems and software subscription and support CFO with all compliances audits
• Knowing that your everyday work will improve working conditions for factory workers around the globe
• Being part of a creative and fast-moving team in Stockholm

Requirements

• You have a few years of experience with Microsoft Business Suite
• Understand the Dynamics 365 Business Applications roadmap together with Dataverse and Power Platform components.
• Analyze workflow, business processes and data flows, assist in documenting solutions with (tools that you use in-house) Align with business stakeholders in the the design of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions such as dashboards, forms and reports.
• Write functional specifications for designed solutions and assist in validation and testing.
• Support internal business users in daily operations.
• Participate in application upgrades and execute post install activities such as smoke testing
• Beneficial skills such as GDPR understanding and experience (not mandatory and can be trained as well):
• Development of forms and dashboards in cooperation with business stakeholders.
• Manage projects from the ground up and see them through until delivery
• Driven, structured, social and thirsty for knowledge
