QuizRR is growing fast! We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive to join our team and help shape the future of workers worldwide!


The Regional sales Executive role is a two-dimensional role enabling QuizRRs global sales work to optimize leverage in regions where Quizrr is present. The role covers both proactive sales work towards new brands and their suppliers to address with Quizrr’s portfolio of digital educational tools, as well as aiding existing brand base to harness the full value realization. Primary focus is to drive sell-in by establishing dialog with regional sales rep’s with Quizrrs signed brand base, drive the onboarding progress of pinpointed factories and complete the sales cycle by following up training results and enable further scaling of factories upon demonstration of value created.

  • Drive dialogue with large brand organizations and their regional offices
  • Drive signing process with new factories based on pinpointed supplier scope with Global/Regional brand reps
  • Renewals: Nurture relationship with Sales reps and factories alike to ensure minimum churn
  • Be in charge of identifying scaling opportunities with existing brands base
  • Keep close dialogue with Operations team to keep brands informed about progress and potential hurdles relevant to their success factor
  • Coordinate sales work with global sales resources
  • Identify, contact and follow up with potential leads in the region
  • Support strategic planning to drive new revenue opportunities with Management
  • When needed represent Quizrr at different events and fairs
  • Reporting responsibility on regional sales activities in Dynamics [ERP] 

A person suitable for this role is likely to have at 3-5 years of experience from commercial sales and related work scope, preferably from fashion/FMCG B2B industry or other manual labor-intense industries where workers rights and social responsibility are considered keys to driving future relevance in a global market space. Excellent negotiation skills and solution-oriented attitude are considered corner stones to perform well in this role.

  • Likes to probe and build repour at all levels and parties; a ‘smooth people-person’
  • Like to engage in negotiations
  • Punctual and reliable on deadlines, follow-ups and documentation needs
  • Good written/oral presentation and communications skills
  • Excellent ERP and MS skills
  • Strong analytical and presentational capabilities; being able to draft exec information/top line information and communicate efficiently
  • Must be willing to travel
